1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ForDJOnly ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ForDJOnly. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Service.

2. Description of Service

ForDJOnly is a premium music pool service that provides professional DJs with access to high-quality music tracks, edits, remixes, and exclusive content. The Service includes:

  • Access to a curated library of music tracks
  • Download capabilities for licensed tracks
  • User account management and profile features
  • Playlist creation and management tools
  • Support and customer service

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. ForDJOnly cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans: The Service is offered through various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All fees are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

4.3 Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

4.4 Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.

5.2 Termination by ForDJOnly: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

6. Use License and Restrictions

6.1 License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use as a professional DJ.

6.2 Restrictions: You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Service
  • Use the Service or content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Service
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from content
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to music tracks, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ForDJOnly or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using content from the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service. You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORDJONLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForDJOnly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
